See Ya October!

I'm sure you're tired of hearing this, but where is the year going?! November! Already? Jeeez. October was a pretty month, the leaves changed and the days got darker. I'm actually regretting not making the most of the Autumnal weather already, Winter is knocking at Englands door right now. I am looking forward to the upcoming snow, mittens and hot chocolate.

This October I rekindled my love for cardigans. I started quilting a lot and bought tonnes of material to fund this current obsession. We went to see a play, I made some super tasty Autumn Treats and we did lots of home brewing. I harvested our tomatoes! I ate vegan fish and chips, explored the Tyne and found my new favourite perfume (Thanks Jo Malone!! I am hella picky with scents and you made it). I also did my first ever outfit post, fell in love with yellow and broke out my winter clothes. Oh, annnnd I quit smoking. It's been a good month.

This month I also invited you guys to come and do a button swap with me, thank you Adrian, Emily, Chloe & Melanie, you will forever be my first!

This November I want to:
// Go bowling!! // Get some photobooth photos // Go to a bonfire // Study hard & Pass my exam // Get some more work on my arm // Actually finish one of the books I'm reading // Get my ever growing used films developed, finally // Bake fruit bread // Put up all my fairy lights // Eat more Chestnuts // & Stock up on socks (I have hardly any socks) //

I hope you all had a wonderful October & that your November is even better! I just happen to have the first few days of November off work, so it's off to a great start. Have a good day!

  1. I'd love to quilt one day and congrats on quitting smoking! I think you should definitely do more outfit photos, and I have never heard of fruit bread, so I'm going to look that up now! It sounds delicious.
