Nail Time.

// Natural Collections - Black Cherry // Rimmell - Grey Matter // Avon - Twilight Blue //

I haven't done myself some fancy nails so long. I'd sort of fallen out of love with loud, multicoloured nails and stuck with simple, easy, cute designs. This weekend whilst I was watching a million episodes of Downton Abbey I decided to do something fun again. I thought these colours went super well together. The darkest colour is a super beautiful navy colour that my Mum picked up for me for my birthday (Thats her as a baby!!)! Not only is it a wonderful colour, it dries super quickly. I'm usually sceptical on the whole "fast dry" nail varnishes. The Rimmel 60 seconds is definitely not 60 seconds, but this one really does dry. Pretty impressive! I highly recommend Avons varnishes. What do you think of this combo? This nail sticker design is definitely my favourite.

// Rimmel 405 Rose libertine & Rimmel 805 Grey Matter with zig-zag nail stickers //

Pink & Grey, maybe the best colour combination ever? My pink nail varnish is on its way out, so the texture came out a bit crappy but I still love this combination. I think I may have over done the zig-zag nails now though, I need to get around to ordering some different shaped manicure stickers.

Today, I really need to go buy some weatherproof shoes as Tuesday I am volunteering at a local dog sanctuary. I need to be prepared to trundle through some mud with those pups. I've already chosen the one (or three) I am desperate to bring home, Dixon does not approve of having a dog in the flat. Better luck next year? Hope you're all having an amazing weekend.

Hello Yellow

It has been a while since I shared with you my nails, to be honest I've really been staying quite plain and simple recently. Right now though, I am working through a mild obsession with yellow. It's a big step for someone who rarely ventures away from black, gray or navy. Maybe its the Autumn leaves but I can't get enough!! I went out and got myself a beautiful  golden cardigan from H&M last week, and decided to get some matching nail varnish. Yellow isn't a colour I've ever wanted on my nails before. I paired it up with this super nice deep berry red. I love it! Could be up there with my favourite ever nails, what do you think?
